At BRAT Beauty, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare products. Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we follow a strict yet fair return and refund policy.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is provided
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
Opened or used skincare products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items purchased under special offers, clearance sales, or discounts (unless defective)
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team via email or phone
Provide your order ID, issue details, and images (if applicable)
Our team will review and confirm eligibility
Approved returns will be processed with pickup or return instructions
Refunds are issued only after product verification
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded
Replacement is subject to product availability
If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible
Slight variations in product appearance or packaging do not qualify for return
Customers are advised to read product descriptions and ingredients before purchase
The company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
